This Duplex Piston gives excellent service in both oil and water base muds. the greater the wear resistant qualities of the liner, the longer your piston lasts. As liner wear occurs, the lip of the piston expands against the liner wall, wiping the wall clean on every stroke. Solids are not trapped between the piston and liner.
