This corrosion-resistant, high-density,lon-wearing surface results in fewer packing changes and longer life for gland bushings and junk rings. Southwest rods are furnished with a heavy duty Piston Lock Nut.

	Fully adaptable to pumps not originally using two piece rods. This allows you to change the piston out through the back without having to go through the pump. No packing is disturbed, no unnecessary removal of parts is required. Unscrew or unclamp the piston rod and sub rod and change pistons.	Click here for a larger view

	Click here for a larger view	A cooling spray system built into the clamp itself. The spray is placed directly behind the piston on both ends of the stroke. This automatically provides an adequate spray to flush the liner and cool the piston.
